Sara Felix-Halladey – Company Director
I set the company up late 2007 after working in the industry for 12 years, it was just a one-woman band for just over 7 years when Laura joined and since that time the company has slowly expanded, we even managed to recruit Rosie just after the last lockdown because we are very fortunate to have very dependable customers. We pride ourselves on service and go above and beyond to make sure that all of our customers get nothing but 100%.
Most people know my passion for horses, my customers are lucky when they see me I don’t have hay. In my hair in 2022 me and my husband purchased some land near Longleat to start a new venture, rehabbing horses with a track livery that will be opening 2023, we are also looking at employing a new member of staff at Diverse Waste Solutions to help Liv with the admin side of the business, 2022 was an extremely busy year and we are grateful to all of our customers that help us continue to be a successful business
Laura Willcox – Client Account Manager
I joined Diverse Waste Solutions in January 2015 as a Customer Service Account Manager, I finished my business management and customer service course in April 2016, I have seen lots of changes with legislation and I have been involved in compiling new forms for pre acceptance so we can make it as easy as possible for my clients, I have continued to expand my customer base and I now look after some of the largest chemical manufacturing companies in the UK.
Outside of work I continue to practice my motorbike skill after passing my bike test in 2022 and recently gave myself a new healthy challenge and joined the local gym
Liv Davis – Business Coordinator
I joined the company in February 2018 as an apprentice doing a Business Administration course with Bath College after I finished the course and gained my qualification I accepted full time employment with Diverse Waste Solutions Ltd, most customers will know me as I send quotation’s and Coordinate all collections, once jobs are completed I then send invoices and chase any outstanding money that maybe owed.
In my spare time I play football for Bath City I also enjoy socialising with friends and attending local festivals and I love traveling abroad as much as I can.
Rosie Davey – Customer Account Manager
It’s been nearly 2 years since I joined the company in May 2021, although I didn’t have any experience in the Waste Industry I did have previous sales knowledge, it’s been an interesting time learning all about the legislation, it was lot to take in but I now feel much more confident and have developed my own customer base with regular customers that have been very loyal.
Weightlifting is my passion and I have competed in the past but with 2 children and 2 dogs it was getting challenging getting the time to commit, at the weekends when the weather is dry I love to climb mountains with the dogs especially in Wales.
