Diverse Waste Solutions Ltd was founded in 2007 by Sara Felix-Halladey, who identified a clear gap in the UK waste industry for a sustainable, reliable, and customer-focused waste management service. At a time when larger providers often overlooked personalised care, Sara set out to create a company dedicated to delivering tailored, transparent, and environmentally responsible waste solutions.
Our team brings together more than 40 years of combined experience in the hazardous waste industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges that larger providers often find difficult to address. This expertise enables us to offer a truly personalised service, ensuring every client benefits from the attention of a dedicated account manager. In 2024, Diverse became part of the GRG Group, a move that has strengthened its capabilities and expanded the support network available to clients. While DWS continues to operate as an independent waste management broker, it now benefits from the collective expertise and resources of sister companies within the group — Greenway Environmental, BKP Waste & Recycling, Chloros Environmental, and Novum Waste Recycling.
